Very good magazine. It's amazing how little the topics around e-learning have changed in the last 5 years since I left corporate training, although the solutions are better and more sophisticated! Your point about not only 'thinking like a business person, but acting like one' is right on. Until learning professionals run their business like a business, they won't be credible when they ask for the funding for big solutions. Jay, saw this on Stephen Downes’ daily newsletter!
