Ten days ago, Grant Ricketts and I presented a webinar on Informal Learning, with Organizational Intent. It was Murphy’s Law on steroids. The registration settings locked some people out. My audio went off and on sporadically. Finally, I had to sign off to lead a live discussion on another floor.
