Hi Jay ! I have just gone through the three videocasts (And even blogged about it) and I must say that, except for a couple of glitches and repeat fragments in between the videos, I have thoroughly enjoyed them and have already started to promote them with some other folks who are also involved with Learning, hoping to bring some more awareness on something that I feel is rather important: which is basically empower knowledge workers to learn some more on whatever the subject while they are performing whatever the task so that they may have acquired and applied those skills while getting the job done. So thanks for bringing forward, once again, some of those key points!
