This week we (the Yi-Tan Community) had a great conversation about informal learning that took us quickly into the topics of trust, democratization and organizational redesign. It was one of our best calls, and the IRC Chat was humming, too.

So we’ve invited the people who showed passion for the topic during that call to join Jay as co-hosts for another round of conversation. Drawing on their experience, let’s discuss:
